Do i need a work permit to work as a 15 years old in washington state?

I've done some research and found that for Washington state, you don't need a work permit to work under 18 years old. I'm 15 and I want to make some money, so what is a good place to work? I'm an asian male, not that tall, and it would be nice if I could work where I don't have to meet a lot of people.
