Is my sister wrong for what she said?

ok so i was going to the DMV to try to get my permit and i failded the vision part because the numbers where too small for me to read and i wear glasses since i was 2 years old so my vision isn't good my left eye is weaker than my right eye. so i came home and my mom told my sister what happen and she said what's wrong with your eyes you can't see how could you fail that part it's the easiest part then she told me to get a job so i can buy new glasses i went into my room to cry all day and my headhurts is she wrong for what she did
