Will she come back eventually?

My ex girlfriend broke up our almost 3 year relationship 2 months ago, due to what she says " not attracted anymore " kind of break up but told me in time we can be friends. She said she needed time to help herself and do for herself at this time. I was heartbroken thinking of all the things we did and what we went through not meaning anything. She is depressed, and not comfortable with her body, she is not skinny and had a troubled past with herself. Her parents won't give her professional help and nobody else took the time to help her but me. She dealt with a lot this year and I was blind until now realizing why she was a bit rude this whole year, she was in beauty school, under depression with no help, and also trying to make herself look happy to people. I never thought how hard she had it until now. I have a feeling she will contact me soon, because I was not a bad boyfriend to her at all. I was understanding, always was there, did anything to make her smile and always said the right things. I know it's typical to say " she will realize what she had when it's lost " but that's what I feel is going to hit soon. I am giving her space and time to do for herself, she deleted me off facebook and twitter so I feel like she does not exist. But she was posting tweets like " things that shouldn't hurt me, hurt me " and I think she found out I was hooking up with another girl and she posted a tweet " brb being a home wrecker ", I just feel like she is a bit upset to see me around other girls especially since she broke up with me. I just hope to see her again, I care about her a lot and I would not want to see her go down the wrong road that most people do under depression. What should I do? My birthday is in a month and I have a feeling she will text me or call to say happy birthday, but if she doesn't, that is just cold hearted.
